Silver Acres was started in 2020 by R.S. Quick Properties, owned by Ryan and Sonna Quick. As local business owners behind Charlotte’s Coffee & Tea, Carla’s, and Revive Salon & Spa, the Quicks have always believed in creating places where people feel welcomed, cared for, and connected.
Silver Acres was built from that same heart for community. The idea began with a simple need, to give seniors a comfortable, independent living option that feels more like home and less like an institution. Instead of moving into a nursing home before it is truly needed, seniors can enjoy their own private apartment, helpful amenities, and access to optional services that make daily life easier.
